Leading Edge Music Technology Made Possible By Chip
Chip recently returned from the first performance held in a learning facility he funded at the University of Michigan, his alma mater. “I was so happy to attend the first live performance in the Chip Davis Technology Studio and see the results of my contribution to the University’s School of Music, Theater and Dance,” he said. “What a delight to see these talented students actually using and composing on the tools I was able to provide in the school’s new wing.” The Technology Suite is a music engineering marvel, providing an immersive environment of the latest advancement in music technology and education. Chip was one of the first student’s in the school’s original building; his parents also attended the University of Michigan.
